A breath of fresh air. That is what i felt when i read this article. After 11years being part of my being chapter there is a need to bring it up a knotch. Enthousiam and some key information is needed to get more refferals. To change the tune of the infomartial. Let<s make it interesting for another 11 years. Like a commercial for a specific product or service, it has to change or people don't look at it or listen to it. Have fun and be crative and informative.

thank you for this wind at my back.

Wow- what great information! Participation is key in BNI- so you not only have to show up at the meeting, you must also perform. As Ivan mentioned, you must come in with a great 60 second commercial every week. Keep your fellow members (your sales force) "tuned in" and excited. Being a part of the leadership team or the leadership team support gang is also important-step up to the plate and help your chapter! It's sad when members drop because "I didn't get enough (or any) referrals". If you want BNI to work for you, all you have to do is work BNI! So let's all help our new members and adress their concerns early-they need to understand the factors involved in generating referrals.Thank you Ivan.
