I've always believed in spreading the word through music and lyrics. I sang my 30 second presentation to the tune of "America the Beautiful" for our July 4th Theme. Preparation is the key, for sure. I wrote it out and practiced my song in front of my 18 year old daughter and when she approves of anything, you know it's ok. I had to be dramatic to hide the fact that I don't have any singing talent. I inspired others to just be themselves and have fun. I wanted to show my fellow BNI'ns that it's OK to be creative and be different. It's amazing how many people in my BNI Chapter "The Eagles", asked me how I found the time to prepare for my 30 second presentation. Sincerely, it didn't take very long at all. I got the idea from watching a Baseball game and it hit me, I can do something with those lyrics, after all I work for Great American Title Insurance. Music makes the world go round.
