Just wanted to give you an update Ivan on our awesome meeting today. Our Chapter has totally embraced BNI Networking Secrets and we are in our 9th week of the Secrets 12 week curriculum. I have just entered numbers. As of 6-23, I am pleased to announce that only one (of the original benchmarking group), I repeat only 1 member is below an average of one referral per week and they are so close it hurts! In addition, our new members are rocking and rolling! I see some of them as our group’s future leaders! Also we passed a whooping 81 referrals today! Thank you very much! That takes our average referrals for the group to 71 per week. We have passed 636 referrals in 9 weeks compared to 539 in 13 weeks. Who in their right mind would NOT want to do the fast tracker program! Tell them to call me!!!!!! I am so excited if you can’t tell.

I had listened to the CDs a couple of months before our chapter agreed to be the first chapter to be 100%. I knew going in that everyone would benefit because I already had. Since then everyone that becomes a member gets a set of the CDs as part of their new member chapter paid for yb their first month dues. Then part of their mentoring is listening and taking a fast track test to show they have listened. It starts you off with a much better understanding of the concepts, and once or twice a month a we have a contest about what is on 1 of the 3 CDs with our group in 2 teams. This has helped members be motivated to listen more than once.

I hope all of our members and directors get a chance to listen to this podcast! The Fast Track program sounds like a phenomenal opportunity for all chapters.

Two chapters in Michigan purchased the CDs and are getting started in the Fast Track program. We have already gotten great feedback from members on how Ivan & Tom’s teaching has gotten them working on their “windsprints!”
