In our hypercompetitive industry in the little island of Singapore, speed is the essence. As a heads-up, I will send a short introductory text message via the cell phone if available or an email before calling upon the person. With the instant eCard available, snail mail with a printed card was almost extinct to me until I had received 2 lovely SendOutCards from Kerry Palmieri of the BNI Producers Chapter in Plantation, Florida. I would think it will be most effective system as the follow-up after the follow-up and to keep in constant contact with the referral.
