I agee with Dr. Misner in regards to 2010 and business will increase this year. I work in the staffing industry and we have seen business increase starting in September 2009. It is staying steady right now. The social networking is also a great way of getting in front of people if you cannot do this on a one to one basis. The company I work for has educational modules on this which is great since we use it in BNI also.

Yes, I am a firm believer that all businesses should leverage social media such as Facebook, Twitter, Ecademy, LinkedIn, and blogging,etc to bring up their Visibility and to a certain extent the Credibility.

However, it still can never replace face-to-face communications which BNI meetings and dance card etc are very effective to drive Credibility and seal Profitability.

As a IT security solution provider, I would like to remind all to adopt all necessary best practices when utilising online media, so as not to fall prey to cyber-attacks. These criminals are working round the clock to infiltrate social media account of any ignorant user or those who tend to use simple or same passwords across many sites.

Thanks Sir for your encouraging predictions for 2010. I can feel economy is improving in India, after joining BNI people around me tell me that there is a positive change in me. So my aim of getting education through BNI is on right track. About networking face to face, it is giving results to our chapter. We all are looking forward to a very happening 2010 ahead of us.
