It is so true that many people want to “skip” the structure and committment and go straight to the profitability, not just in BNI, but in all walks of life and business. Success demands hard work, discipline and some sort of structure. Has success ever come out of chaos? I don’t think so

This was a great episode. This weeks presentation to our chapter, at my request, will come from our area Director Bill Downs. The subject I requested is the how and why of following BNI’s Boiler Plate for holding meetings. The educational part is the subject the podcast was about. I will use much of it. This is part of our pre-game plan strategy before placing our chapter order for Fast Track this week as the first chapter in our area. It took awhile for me to admit that the BNI system is right and to deviate from it a crushing blow to a chapters effectiveness and potential. Thanks again, Jerry R. This Pod Cast Hit the Nail right on the Head!
You will get exactly what you put into it, not just showing up every week ither you must do the dance cards, the MSP training, the Networking Nights, visiting other chapters that meet on a different day than yours ect. I have noticed that the more you put into it the more gratification you get out of it plus your referrals will go up.

I really think that when you work hard and obtain the results that you expected is when you realized that is a value add, so be part of BNI is a learning experience and certainly couldn’t be lite. Also the sales force that work with you is amazing at ultra low cost, thank you.

I am very much in line with this podcast subject. We should be aligned with the system, work for the system and see the results coming our way. This is a key to success in BNI. Lite is not available.

I think this really hits home about doing the work and making the committment to be successful. The numbers prove if the system is followed consistantly then the chapter will be successful, relationships will be built and referrals will be abundant. Thanks for this insight and reminder that hard work and consistancy does really work
